What we do

Automated takeoff from the plan set. Upload the PDF drawings and it identifies scope, measures linear feet, square footage, counts and assemblies for the trade, cross-references the specification sections that change the price, and flags the drawing conflicts and missing details that become change orders. It prices against the subcontractor's own historical costs, not a generic book, and produces a bid with an itemised scope letter including inclusions and exclusions. The estimator reviews and adjusts rather than measures.

Who we built it for

Specialty subcontractors doing 1m to 30m a year: drywall, electrical, mechanical, concrete, glazing, framing. The buyer is the owner or the single estimator drowning in bid invitations.

Why this is hard to copy

Takeoff is the single largest labour cost in a subcontractor's front office and it is highly patterned work on standardised drawings.

Pricing against the customer's own historical costs is what makes it usable rather than a toy, and that history accumulates per customer, so accuracy and switching cost both grow with use.

Bid invitations are broadcast publicly through plan rooms and general contractor portals, so the target list is visible and current.
